H-Farm and Comdata sign the agreement for H-care
H-Farm, the incubator born in Treviso in 2005, announces the end of the incubation cycle for H-care, its firts start-up founded exactly 3 years ago. H-care was recently awarded a prestigious prize by the American magazine Red Herring as the first and only Italian company among the top 100 European start-up companies. From the incubator its relative majority was directly passed to Comdata SpA and to the management, in the persons of Umberto Basso (CEO) and Peter Caiazzi (CTO).
Comdata, is an industrial partner for the operative management of business processes, since October 2005 it contributed to 20% of shares, today it has chosen to invest further in the company, entrusting Paolo Carminati, already Marketing and Communication director of the group, to the role of President. The objective is to ensure that the particularly innovative model offered by H-care represents the core component of the Comdata group offer.

In only 36 months, H-care consisting of approximately 30 people and with a turnover of 3.5 million Euro in 2007, has become a leader company in the development of a Digital Assistance platform, creating a Human Digital Assistant for many important customers, among which Telecom Italia, Fiat, Eni and Lottomatica.
