H-FARM VENTURES, the holding company of H-Farm project is closing by the end of this month a capital raise round.

The first 4 years of excellent results led the venture-incubator to develop and to invest in 16 internet startups, to extend an epicenter network in Seattle [US], Mumbai [India] and recently London [UK], recently our venture arm did structure a capital raise round through a specific company "Farm Angels" which involves qualified angels investors to support the growth over the next 4 years.

Yet in September, Patrizio Bof - founding partner of Pat, leader in Italy in CRM sector- entered the Corporation Stock to support Riccardo Donadon and Maurizio Rossi in the company management to complete the consolidation process of H-FARM VENTURES structure.
