Filippo Canesso
Filippo Canesso was born in Padua in 1972; during his studies in Economics at Ca' Foscari University, Venice, he had the chance to develop a wide range of interests, including human resources and organization. To start his career he looked for an international environment, which he found in London within Merrill Lynch Private Banking.
This was his first fundamental work experience, in a challenging and structured area. After a two-year stay he returned to Italy and joined Fiat Auto, in the commercial control sector. In 2004 Filippo approached Adecco, having decided to leave control & finance for Human Resources; he started as Branch Manager and focused his interest on the Search and Selection business, becoming Finance & Legal permanent placement consultant.
In spring 2008 he encountered H-FARM’s Riccardo Donadon and Maurizio Rossi and he realized that this was the perfect place to develop the idea that had been buzzing around his mind: to create a new platform, able to simplify and shorten the whole recruiting process, giving better and quicker tools to applicants and recruiters. Filippo joined H-FARM on Sept 1st, 2008 (lucky date) to become co-founder of UannaBe.
