The game is a tool and not an end, a means to channel an experience. LOG607 designs games to satisfy different needs, different contexts and different types of people. Our ultimate goal is to allow people to have exciting, valuable experiences. Anyone who recognizes games as a tool for communication and action will find a true ally in LOG607
As independent producers, we design and create game concepts.
As an agency, we manage our clients' projects by bringing gaming and interactive tools together as distinct ingredients for a marketing campaign, a product launch through the media, or an event.
Our games are pervasive, social, cross-media and immersive. WHAIWHAI is a Maori word that means to chase or to search for. It seemed like the right term to define the game we have created based on the world of tourism. It is a new way of visiting cities and their places of interest, a fun way that puts the tourist at the centre of this journey, letting him a play an active role in discovering the sights.
On 8 June 2009, Log607 received from the italian President of Repubblica, the national award for Innovation in Services, in the Tourism category.
In June 2009 Marsilio Editori (RCS Group) acquired the 51% of the company, with the goal to develop and experiment new publishing formats.
