H-Farm, the incubator born in Treviso in 2005, announced the end of the incubation cycle for H-care, its first startup, on 13/05/2008 exactly 3 years after it was founded. This is an important step for both H-FARM, which has demonstrated that it can accelerate the transformation process from idea to company, making it profitable and attractive to the market in a short time, and for H-care which has a great opportunity to succeed outside the incubator.

H-care's Human Digital AssistantTM platform solves the challenge of making online customer interaction and self-service a human-like customer experience. It combines high quality real-time animation, 3D rendering, state-of-the-art voice synthesis, and integrates these seamlessly with existing corporate information sources, to deploy human-like assistance on web portals, mobile phones, ip-set top boxes, and kiosks.

Comdata, is an industrial partner for the operative management of business processes, contributing up to 20% of shares since October 2005, and today choosing to invest further in the company, entrusting Paolo Carminati, already Marketing and Communication director of the group, with the role of President. The objective is to ensure that the particularly innovative model offered by H-care represents the core component of the Comdata group offer. From the incubator, its relative majority was passed directly to Comdata SpA and to the management.
